Product Overview

Our AKW Intensive Mixer for Lithium Battery Graphite is an integrated special equipment independently developed by AKW for secondary granulation, spheroidization and asphalt coating of lithium battery anode graphite materials, also known as AKW Lithium Graphite Mixing Granulator and AKW Graphite Anode Integrated Mixer Granulator. Adopting inclined counter-current intensive mixing technology, it realizes mixing, dispersion, densification granulation, particle shaping and surface coating in one single machine. Working Principle

The AKW equipment, which is applicable as Graphite Spheroidization Granulator and Dense Granulation Equipment for Lithium Graphite, consists of inclined rotating drum, eccentric high-speed main rotor and fixed wall scraper, forming a three-dimensional composite force field of convection, shear, extrusion and tumbling, adhering to AKW's consistent design concept of high precision and stability.
  1. The inclined drum rotates at low speed to drive the overall material circulation without dead corners, ensuring the stable operation of the AKW High Intensity Mixer for Graphite Anode.
  2. High-speed eccentric rotor generates strong turbulent shear force to break powder agglomeration and realize ultra-fine uniform dispersion.
